Before you call support desk for e-mail support, please ensure the following:
- That you are in front of your PC. We cannot help you if you are not in front of your PC.
- That your PC is connected to the Internet, via dial-up or broadband connection.
- That you have your user name and password handy.
- That if you need a password set, that the account holder is nearby. We’ll need to get their authorisation.
- That you’ve read through our FAQ’s. Many of your questions might be answered there. Could save you time and a phone call!
